Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Items purchased from us are typically purchased specifically for a customer direct from the factory. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns of non-defective merchandise and can only allow 24 hours for cancellation of orders. After this 24 hour window, all customers are committed to accepting delivery and payment in full for the products.

There is space provided at the bottom of the order form for any questions or special instructions. Please use that when first placing your order if at all possible and we will get back to you before shipping if need be. If we do not receive a phone call or email within 24 hours, and no special instructions have been left to the contrary, we will proceed to process and ship your order. At that point, all sales are final. If you have exceptional circumstances, and do need to make a change to your order, we will do our best to make that happen, but at our sole discretion. In the event an order is returned or exchanged, the customer will be responsible for all return and exchange shipping charges and a restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price of the original order.
